• Any specific concerns you already have about the estimate

Once I receive your estimate and project details, I’ll go through the quote line-by-line, checking:

• Labor and material pricing
• Missing scope or vague descriptions
• Waterproofing, prep work, and hidden details
• Red flags that could add surprise costs later

You’ll receive a personalized PDF via email with:

• A clear summary of what looks good and what doesn’t
• A Red Flag Report (risks, hidden costs, and problem areas)
• Cost insights vs. typical pricing
• Specific questions to ask your contractor before you sign
